From Residency to Capital Return
The sustainment period under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 is two years from the date the capital is made "at risk" or from conditional residency, depending on project structure. I-829 must be filed within the 90 days preceding the second anniversary of conditional residency. Adjudication and capital return estimates are directional and depend on USCIS processing times and individual offering terms. This educational tool does not constitute legal or investment advice.
